I have kids Sunday this week but I'm hoping they will be laid back and I can do this. I'm struggling after last week though, Knee, so whatever happens it is a making up the numbers job for me anyway.

Hi guys ,just to letyou know we are meeting @ morrisons on sunday for the 1st of the x countrys, Thinkwe have a full team for the ladies but thats not to say you still cant run it because more the merrier.
Think were slacking on the mens team but that could be down to the captain  so come you guys are you going to let us women beat you
